摘要
目的建立白术挥发油中主要活性成分苍术酮的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Alltima HPC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为室温,流动相为甲醇-水(95∶5),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为220nm。结果在上述色谱条件下,苍术酮在0.24~2.04μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.62%,RSD=1.4%。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于白术挥发油及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Atractylon in the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Alltima HP C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at room temperature.The mobile phase was methanol-water(95∶5).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 220 nm.Results The linear range of Atractylon was 0.24~2.04 μg(r=0.999 8),the average recovery of this method was 100.59%,and the RSD was 1.28%.Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.and their preparations.
