法舒地尔对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的观察法舒地尔对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学的影响。方法本试验采用前瞻性开放性病例对照研究,将85例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组:对照组(40例)采用常规治疗;治疗组(45例)在常规治疗的基础上加用法舒地尔(30mg.次-1,3次.d-1)静脉滴注,于治疗前以及治疗14d后评定患者神经功能缺损程度,检测血液流变学指标。结果常规治疗与法舒地尔治疗均对神经功能缺失有一定改善,治疗组有效率88.89%,对照组72.50%,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规治疗对血液流变学无明显影响;法舒地尔显著降低全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平。结论法舒地尔改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学指标,对于促进急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复具有良好作用。 Objective To observe the effects of fasudil on hemorheology in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Eighty-five patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled in our study,and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group(40 subjects)were treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group(45 subjects)were treated with fasudil(30 mg,tid)combined with conventional therapy.The total period of treatment was 14 days.Neurological functional deficit score was assessed and hemorheological indexes were determined before and after the treatment.Results Conventional therapy improved neurological function,but had no obvious effect on hemorheology.Fasudil combined with conventional therapy could not only improve neurological function,but also significantly decreased whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels.Conclusion Hemorheological index can be improved significantly in patients with acute ischemic stroke after being treated with fasudil,which may contribute to the recovery of nerve function.
