摘要
借助于有限元分析软件,研究了单面楔压变形时不同下压速度和不同压制温度对喷射沉积5A06铝合金变形与致密化的影响。结果表明:平均相对密度ρ随着下压速度的提高而提高,致密化较好;随着变形温度的升高,损伤值先增大后减小,在400℃时损伤值较大。综合分析后得出:合理的压制速度应取0.5~1mm·s^-1,合理的楔压温度应控制在450-500℃之间。
By the finite element analysis software, the influence of one-sided wedge pressing was studied under different pressing speeds and different cyclic pressing temperatures on the deformation and densification of spraying deposited 5A06 aluminum alloy. The result shows that the average relative density p rises with pressing down speed's rising, densifying fairly good. With the deformation temperature rising, damage value increases first, and then decreases. Damage value is bigger at 400 ℃. After analying in general, it is found that the reasonable velocity of cyclic pressing is 0.5 - 1.0 mm · s^-1 and the reasonable temperature of cyclic pressing is 450 - 500℃.
