摘要 光整加工是提高机械零件表面质量的重要手段,而光整滚压加工可使表面粗糙度达到0.16μm,使表面层强度提高、耐腐蚀性增强。本文从理论上提出了主要工艺参数的计算式,并作了试验,用试验数据建立了图形,提出了工艺参数的数学表达式,并对工艺的设计步骤提出了具体建议。最后通过一实例,进行了滚压加工,并对加工零件作了寿命考核。试验结果表明,与一般研磨、珩磨加工方法相比,寿命提高了3倍。 The skin rolling is an important method to improve the surface quality of the machine parts. However, it is possible that the skin rolling process may cause the surface roughness reaching to 0. 16μm, enhance the surface layer intensity and corrosion-resistance. The mathematical formula of the main technical parameters from the theoretical analysis was introduced, the numerical expression graph of the technical parameters with the tentative data was proposed, and the concrete suggestion for the process design procedure was put forward. Finally, through an example, the concrete processing was carried on, and the life inspection was made. The test result indicates that its life has enhanced by three times compared to the processing method of the general grinding process.
