摘要
上料方式是"短行程"挤压机的关键技术。75 MN"短行程"单动卧式铝挤压机采用前上料结构,针对前上料机械结构的特点及工艺要求,自主开发设计了电气控制系统。详细介绍了控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计。系统采用上位工业控制计算机和工业可编程序控制器两级控制,程序设计采用模块化、功能化结构。通过对机构的位置控制、压力闭环控制、速度控制等,实现了上料部分的自动化控制,为以后的设计工作提供了一个参考方案。
The key technique-loading system of the "short stroke" aluminum extrusion press was presented. A front loading was designed and developed for Chinese first "short stroke" 75 MN aluminum extrusion press. Based on machine structure and technology requirement, electric control system was designed and developed independently with expounding of software design and hardware constitution. PLC programs control and upper computer control were adopted with analyzing program design of module structure and function structure. Practice has proved the success of the application of such control system of loading by pressure control, speed control and position control etc. , which has provided an electric system with a new design idea for other type of press.
