摘要
针对我国模具制造业的现状及其对知识管理的需求,提出了构建基于本体技术和语义网的模具设计知识管理系统。通过对系统的4个基本功能模块及其关系的分析,建立了模具设计知识管理系统的运行模型,并基于对模具领域设计知识本体的描述,奠定了相关的模具知识量化处理的计算基础。从而使系统实现了模具设计知识库的管理、设计知识的查询和搜索、知识的重用和过程记录以及过程记录中的知识处理等功能。通过对基于本体的模具设计知识管理系统的研究开发和应用,将为我国模具制造企业实现信息化、知识管理以及进一步提高竞争力提供切实可行的途径。
Current situation of the mould and die industry in China was introduced and the demand of its informatization and knowledge management was analyzed. The knowledge management system for mould and die enterprise based on ontology and semantics was put forward, including four main function modules. Through the characterization of module and die design knowledge ontology, the method to measure the design knowledge was established, which improved the system's performance of the design knowledge expansibility, reusability and searching efficiency, and realized the consecutive management of design knowledge in the mould and die enterprise. As a result, the knowledge management system based on ontology provides a realizable way to promote the competitive ability of the mould and die enterprise.
