摘要
精密级进模广泛应用于电子信息类产品冲压制件的生产中,由于其具有结构复杂、精度极高等特点,设计过程复杂而耗时。为了提高设计的效率和质量,本文对精密级进模结构设计的内容进行了深入分析,并将面向对象方法和参数化技术应用于模具标准化设计的研究中,提出了精密级进模零部件标准化层次结构模型和参数化标准件库功能结构模型。在此基础上,以AutoCAD2002为平台,开发了精密级进模结构标准化设计系统。
Precision progressive die is widely used in producing the stamping parts of electronic information products. Due to its complex structure and high accuracy, the die design is complicated and time-consuming. In order to improve design efficiency and quality, the structure design of precision progressive die was analyzed. And by applying the object-oriented method and parameterization technology to the study of die standardization design, a standardization hiberarchy model of the die parts and a function-configuration model of the parametric standard part library were presented, Based on this, a standard design system for precision progressive die was developed on the AutoCAD 2000 platform.
