摘要
采用正交实验法,对以100%ONP为原料生产低定量新闻纸生产线的三元助留助滤系统进行优化,得出了3种助剂对助留助滤的主要影响因素、最佳组合用量,同时对所添加的助剂在系统中的电荷密度(CD)及Zeta电位的变化进行了探讨;优化结果应用到高速纸机上,生产出质量达到优等品的45g/m2低定量新闻纸。
To optimize ternary retention and drainage aids system orthogonal experiment was carried out, the main influencing factors on three kinds of retention and drainage aids and their optimum combination dosage were found. At the same time, the fixing aid effect on wet-end system's PCD and Zeta was studied. The result was used to the production of the 45g/m2 low basis weight newsprint on a high speed paper machine, the product quality can meet the first class standard.
