Teaching management is the core of the school management. The effective teaching management can greatly improve teaching efficiency and harmonize relationship between teachers and students. Primary school teaching management has its uniqueness, which comes from the specialty of the objects of teaching and the relationship between teachers and students. Basic education curriculum reform requires change and upgrading of teachers＇ teaching concept, change of teaching behavior mode, reform and improvement of the methods of evaluation. To improve the effectiveness of teaching management of primary school class, we should build harmonious relationship between teachers and students, accomplish the class regulations, induce self - management of the students, build reasonable evaluation system, improve the quality of teachers, and master general class teaching management principles.
