摘要
教师职业倦怠是教师在长期、连续和过度的压力影响下,难以获取足够的缓冲资源,而产生厌倦和畏惧教育教学工作的身心状态。教师职业倦怠是教师职业生涯中的一个特殊的"高原期",其原因主要来自社会、学校和个人三个方面。预防和缓解教师职业倦怠必须确保教师的应有地位,同时加强教师的学校激励并提高教师的个人修养。
The occupational boredom of the teachers is the fearing and tiresome physical and mental state toward education under the stress of long - time and continuous over - working without gaining sufficient buffer resource. It is a peculiar "highland scheduled time" in teachers' career. The causes mainly come from three aspects: society, school and individual. We must take precautions to relieve the occupational boredom of the teachers to ensure the teachers' status and reinforce stimulating measures and improve the teachers' individual accomplishment.
