摘要
通过对长沙地区民办高校部分学生对体育的兴趣爱好的调查,结果表明,长沙地区民办高校学生对体育的爱好主要体现在个人爱好和兴趣的基础上,活动时间较短,以轻巧运动和健身运动为主。根据所存在的问题与现状,提出了一些建议和方法。
The result of the investigation of interest in sports of Changsha private college students shows that their interests are based on individual hobbies and pastimes, which focus on short - time, strength - saving and health care sports. According to the existing problems and status, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures.
