如何加强高职院校的学生社团建设

On the Strengthening of Vocational College Students' League Construction

现代社会越来越需要高技能型的人才,这些人才具备多种实践能力。培养这些人才的主要机构是高职院校,培养的目标应该注重学生的实践能力和兴趣,实现这个目标的有效途径之一就是通过学生社团。因此,我们必须加强高职院校的社团建设,主要措施有:完善机制,强化管理;与时俱进,转变观念;培养骨干,做好"帮、传、带"工作;将社团指导工作纳入教学计划,突出实效。

There is an increasing need for the high-skilled talents in modem society, who have multi practical abilities. Vocational colleges are the main organization to cultivate such kind of talents, so the education should be focused on the practicing ability and interests of the students. One of the efficient methods to achieve the goal is the organization of students＇ league. In order to strengthen the construction of students＇ league, we should take the measures of completing system, enhancing management, changing concepts, cultivating students＇ leaders, bringing the direction of league work into teaching plan and showing its efficiency.
