高等职业院校学生档案管理的问题与对策

Problems and Solutions to Higher Vocational College Students Records Management

本文分析了高等职业院校学生档案管理工作的主要内容,提出了高职院校档案管理面临传统档案管理与档案利用多渠道需求之间的矛盾、电子档案网络化管理技术亟待完善以及档案管理者自身素质力不从心等问题,并有针对性地提出高职院校应尽早完成校园数字化、网络化建设,实现传统档案管理模式与现代化电子档案管理共存和互动,加强档案管理者继续教育等相应的对策。

This paper mainly analyzes the vocational college student records management and presents such problems as the contradiction between the traditional files management and multi-channel files use, the network technology of electronic records managemen＇ which needs to be improved, as well as the file managers＇ insufficient quality. It proposes that the vocational college campus digitalization and networks should be completed as soon as possible to implement the coexistence and interaction between traoational tiles management mode and modem electronic records management. In addition, it is neeessary to strengthen the continued education of files managers.
