青年教师岗前培训是高校师资队伍建设工作中的重要环节,地方高校开展这项工作以来,取得了一些经验和成效,但也存在一些需要改进的地方。文章对岗前培训工作存在的不足进行了理性的分析,从转变认识、教师库建设、计划制定和考核管理等方面提出了一些建议。

The pre-post training of young teachers in the local universities and colleges is an essential part of the construction work of teachers troop in hihger schools. The local universities and colleges have gained many achievements since this work has been carried out, but there are still many things to be improved. This article can/ies on a thorough analysis of the demerits in the work of the pre-post training of young teat, hers, puts forward some proposals including transformation of cognition, construction of teacher database, plan formulation, management inspection and so on.
