对建设生态文明的几点思考

建设生态文明是经济建设与社会发展的必然趋势,应从调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式、改进消费模式等方面科学建设生态文明,同时指出建设生态文明的实践基础是发展循环经济,实现建设与发展方式的生态化。提出建设生态文明的关键是改变领导者的政绩观、生产者的生产观、消费者的消费观,实现思想与认识水平的生态化;建设生态文明的保障是政策和法律体制的生态化;建设生态文明要重视生态文明教育。

The construction of ecological culture is an inevitable trend of the economic construction and social development. This paper proposes that the ecological culture construction should be considered in the perspectives of adjusting industrial structures, changing economy growth modes and improving the consumption modes. This paper also points out that the practical base for the ecological culture construction is to develop the circular economy, practise ecological construction and development model; Raised up the key for the ecological culture construction is to change the leaders＇ attitudes towards achievement, the producers＇ attitudes towards production, the consumers＇ attitudes towards consumption and to make people＇ s minds ecologically fit. The guarantee for the ecological culture construction is to enact the policies and laws ecologically and to attach great importance to the ecological civilization education.
