医学新生思想状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Ideological State of Medical Freshmen

笔者通过问卷调查的形式了解医学新生的思想状况,从"政治信仰、社会责任感、价值取向、诚信意识、团结协作观念、组织纪律、日常行为、心理素质"等8个方面对学生思想状况及存在问题做了分析。据调查数据显示,医疗2006级新生思想政治状况主流是好的。学生大多具有健康、积极向上的世界观、人生观、价值观,他们具有远大的目标、高尚的人格,能主动关心时事。但同时,也越来越多的人更加注重个人利益的追求和个性的发展。一些大学生也不同程度地存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、价值取向扭曲、诚信意识淡薄、社会责任感缺乏、团结协作观念较差、心理素质欠佳等问题。这些问题必须引起高度重视,加以正确的引导,有针对性的开展教育工作,使大学生健康成长成才,为社会主义医疗卫生事业培养合格乃至优秀的医务工作者。

Ideological actuality of the freshmen of Dalian Medical University was surveyed by questionnaire, which includes eight perspectives, such as their political beliefs, social responsibilities, value orientations, honest awareness, corporative intentions, self - discipline, daily behavior and mental quality.. The survey reveals that the ma- instream of the ideological actuality is good and most of the students hold a positive worldview, a meaningful philosophy of life and a proper value. They are concerned about current affairs with great ambitions. However, there are still some students who put more emphasis on pursuing their personal interests and developing their own personalities. This group of students has some problems in terms of the eight topics mentioned above in various degrees. Therefore, it is very significant for us to attach great importance to these problems, and develop the education pertinently. Only in this way can we help these medical students to be the intending eligible and first -class medical personnel.
