摘要
目的探讨15例手足口病重症患儿的临床护理;方法消毒隔离,重视皮肤、口腔、心理等综合护理;结果15例重症患儿平均住院10天时间,均临床治愈出院,无并发症和后遗症;结论消毒隔离是护理的基础工作,预防并发症的发生是护理过程的关键。
Objective to discuss the 15 cases of clinical nursing of infants infected with intensive hand-foot-mouth disease; Method disinfection and isolation, comprehensive care of skin, oral, and psychology,ete; Results 15 cases of infants with intensive HFMD were clini- caUy cured and discharged without any complications and sequelae after an average of 10 days in hospital; Conclusions disinfection and iso- lation is the basical work for care, and the prevention of complications is the key to the process of clinical nursing.
