摘要
通过按模型与原窑尺寸的比为1:10建立梭式窑水力模型,采用直接注入甲基蓝溶液作为显示液的方法,探讨不同烧嘴数量及其布置方式对窑内气流的流动场情况的影响,进而分析其温度场。
Using the methyl blue solution as the display medium, the direct-injecting method was adoped to study the influences of the different quaulity of the burners and its different displace mode on the flowing field in model kiln copying the kiln in ratio of 1 :10. Then the temperture field of the kiln was analysed.
