摘要
通过对广东省5603位高校教师的问卷调查,了解职称及薪酬对高校教师职业枯竭的影响及其交互作用。结果发现:不同职称及薪酬的教师,职业枯竭状况有极其显著的差异;低成就感、认知枯竭两个维度在职称、薪酬上的主效应不显著,交互作用不显著;职称、薪酬在情绪衰竭和去人性化上的交互作用显著,去人性化在职称上主效应非常显著。
To study the impact of professional post and salary on college teachers' job burnout and analyze the interplay between them,a survey was given to some 5603 college teachers.The results show that,firstly,teachers with different professional post and salary have distinct job burnout problems. Secondly, main effect of dimensions of a lack of sense of achievement and cognitive burnout on professional post and salary is not significant,and their interaction is not vivid.Thirdly,there is vivid interaction between dimensions of professional post and salary,and dimensions of Emotional exhaustion and dehumanization. The main effect of dehumanization on professional post is significant.
