Study on the Quality Standard of Talent in the TV University Opening Education

在电大开放教育试点的过程中,关于人才质量标准的相关问题是其重要的组成部分。在电大开放教育人才质量标准的价值取向上,整体目的是注重个体兼顾社会,个体发展要注意知识与能力并重,教育内容坚持人文与科学并举。以创造性思维为中心的创新素质、以实践能力为核心的综合能力、以完善个性为重心的健全人格是人才质量标准的核心内容。

In the process of the TV University opening education, the quality standard of talent on the related issue is a key component. There fore, we conduct the research from the two aspects：value orientation and the contral content,take three levels of value orientations as the premises, and elaborate on the central content about the quality of innovation, comprehensive ability as well as the perfect personality. From the theoretical level to the TV University＇s quality standard of the talent, We attempt to carry on a more thorough discussion.
