长期以来,人民法院的民事执行一直面临重重困难,以至于"执行难"成为困扰人民法院执行工作的难点和社会关注的焦点。造成"执行难"的原因很多,人民法院的审判瑕疵就是重要原因之一。文章针对人民法院审判工作中存在的审判瑕疵进行了总结,就其对执行工作可能造成的不良影响和制约因素进行分析,并提出了自己的解决办法。

For long time the civil enforcement in the People＇s Court has been in face of many difficulties, which makes＂enforcement difficulty＇difficult and become a focus problem for society to trouble the People＇s Court.There are many reasons to cause the＂enforcement difficulty＂, among which the adjudgement blemish is one of the imponant reasons. This article summarizes the adjudgement blemish in the adjudgement work and analyzes its innuence and restriction on the enforcement work, and brings forward the author＇s views to improve it.
