保险公司知识员工“自我管理”的实证研究

An empirical study on knowledge staff self-management of insurance companies

摘要 针对"知识员工"、"自我管理"对传统管理理论提出的新挑战,本文通过对保险公司的知识员工调查研究和实证分析,创新性地发现:保险公司的知识员工具有较强的"自我管理"意识;"自我管理"问题已受到大多数知识员工的关注和重视;不同类型知识员工的"自我管理"意识存在一定的差异。提出用"自我实现的人"的观点来看待知识员工;创新管理机制,有效利用"自我管理";改进管理方式,积极引导知识员工的价值观,促进个人优势的发挥;提供发展空间,留住优秀人才。 The emerging concepts of "knowledge staff" and "self-management" are posing great challenges to traditional theory of management. This article performs an empirical study on knowledge staff of insurance companies. The authors find out that the knowledge staff of insurance companies have good awareness of "self-management" and many of them have realized to different extent the importance of self-management. This article proposes that insurance companies should regard the knowledge, staff as "self-actualizing human beings" and make good use of "self-management" to facilitate individuals to bring their personal advantages into play. Emphasis on self-management will help insurance companies to retain the valued employees.
