To Promote the Development of Culture,the Art academy Should be the Forerunner

胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中突出强调,丰富精神文化生活不仅是我国人民的热切愿望,而且,文化越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素。作为高等艺术院校,应当在构建和谐社会、推动文化大发展、大繁荣中勇当排头兵。

At the Party Constitution of the 17th National Congress of CPC,our general secretary, Hu Jingtao pointed out emphatically that rich spiritual cultural life is not only the eager desire of Chinese people , but also become a mportant competition factor of cornprehensive national power.
