摘要
液压试验或气压试验是压力容器设计、制造中必不可少的环节之一。其目的是为了检查容器在超工作压力下密封结构的可靠性,焊缝的致密性以及容器的宏观强度。本文运用可靠性方法对按规范设计的压力容器分别在设计压力、试验压力(液压及气压试验)下进行了可靠度计算分析,并得到一些有益的结论,
Hydrostatic or pneumatic test is one of key steps in the design and fabrication of pressure vessels. It aims at checking the reliability of the sealing structure, the compactness of the welding seams and macro strength of the pressure vessels under the condition of extra working pressure. One method is proposed in this paper to carry out the reliability analysis for the pressure vessels designed with the Standard GB150 and subjected to design pressure and test pressure ( hydrostatic or pneumatic test ). Some useful conclusions are resulted from the method.
