摘要
概述了"十五"期间黑龙江省新增(改)前兆观测节点项目情况,详细地论述了省级区域前兆台网的架构特点,同时给出了某些前兆仪器连接问题的解决办法,最后提出了几点建设性意见。
In this paper, the construction project of new and updating precursor observation nodes during ＂the Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ in Heilongjiang Province is outlined, The structure characteristics of provincial-level regional precursor network is discussed in detail. Some solutions for precursory equipment linking problem also provided. Finally, a number of constructive comments are proposed.
