摘要
对粗煤气在不同过量空气系数下的燃烧特性进行了研究。实验结果表明,过量空气系数的变化对粗煤气的燃烧温度分布和燃烧产物有较大的影响,即过量空气系数较大时,燃烧温度较高,燃烧室中心处氧气浓度较低且二氧化碳浓度较高。因此,采用合理的过量空气系数有利于提高粗煤气的燃烧温度,还可以进一步促进粗煤气的燃烧完全。
Researches on combustion characteristic of raw gas have been done at different excess air coefficients in the article. The experimental results indicate that changing excess air coefficients will affect raw gas burning temperature and production severely. The larger the excess air coefficients are, the higher the combustion temperatures are. In the center of the chamber, oxygen concentration is lower and carbon dioxide concentration is larger. Therefore, using reasonable excess air coefficient may increase combustion temperature and make raw gas burn completely.
