摘要
在能源紧张和环保压力增大的形势下,开展对高性能动力系统(HIPPS)的研究和实践具有较大的经济和社会意义。HIPPS是一种新型燃煤发电技术,具有效率高、污染小、成本低等优势。回顾了HIPPS的发展历程、技术目标和设计原理,综合阐述了按照不同技术路线设计的两种HIPPS具体的技术方案(UTRC、FWDC),并对二者进行了比较评价,在此基础上,重点研讨了对常规燃煤电站进行HIPPS改造的技术方案及市场竞争优势。是进一步研究HIPPS的基础工作。
High Performance Power Systems (HIPPS), which is a new technique of generate electricity of burning coal,has the advantage of lower investment,less emission and significantly higher thermal efficient. This paper describes the development.technique target and two projects of HIPPS. On the other hand, HIPPS also can do technological transformation to the routine power station. There are also some advantages when compete to the other modern technique of generate electricity.
