某水库汛限水位实施方案的研究

A Brief Discussion on High Water Limits in Wanjiazhai Reservoir

为改进原有采用单一的汛限水位,不能充分考虑水文、气象等因素,而造成水库在汛期水能利用率较低,汛末又无水可蓄的局面,在查阅1959年以来黄河万家寨水库水文、气象历史资料的基础上,对水库洪水和泥沙淤积形态特征进行了深入地分析,重点对抬高汛限水位方案进行了可行性研究,提出汛限水位分期控制方案,并考虑了万家寨水库汛限水位的后期研究方向。经实践运行证明,该方案取得良好效果,达到了设计目标,为同类型问题的解决提供了借鉴。

To improve the low utilization factor in flood period and to change the situation that there is no water to reserve at the end of flood period,which is caused by the reservoir＇s single high water limits and by failing to give a full consideration of hydrology,meteorology and so on. The paper,based on the historical hydrological and meteorological data since 1959 about yellow River,analyses the flooding and silting of the reservoir and mainly the scheme to lift the high water limits. The paper presents the scheme to control the high water limits by stages and practice proves that the scheme has obtained good results,achieved designgoal and provided some reference to the same type of problems.
