摘要
武乡电厂一期工程2×600 MW机组自投产以来,多次发生锅炉受热面爆漏,造成机组非计划停运事故的发生。从现场实际情况出发,结合多年实践经验,根据设备结构和设计指标,深入分析了造成炉管爆漏的各种原因,特别是对燃烧器摆角卡涩或不同步、制粉系统结构存在先天缺陷、燃用煤质偏离设计煤种、吹灰器吹灰、二次风夹带灰粒对炉管冲刷等方面进行了系统地分析,提出了相应的治理措施。经运行实践验证,收到较好的效果,并且对促进同类机组加强防磨防爆治理,保证机组安全运行具有一定的借鉴意义。
Since 2×600 MW generating-unit installed in Wuxiang Power Plant in the first phase project went into operation, the boiler heating pipes have split open frequently and caused the generating-unit to stop operation irregularly. According to site conditions, equipment's structure and design standards and in combination with years of practical experience, the paper analyses various factors which cause pipe split and leakage, such as combustion headers'unsmoothness or unsynchronization, powder-making system's original defects, quality difference between coal used and designed ,dusts from soot blowers and secondary air which brush the pipes ,and so on. The paper puts forward countermeasures ,which have proved to be effective and have some reference values for the same kind of generating-units.
