This article makes the first period construction program of digitalization of sound and video data in medical libraries, combined with existing resource of library in Shanxi Medical University. The system requirements, process and primary components of digitalization of sound and video data in medical libraries are analyzed in detail. The author tries to search for a practical and perfect program for constructing digitalization system of medical sound and video data.
