灯盏花素对糖尿病大鼠血转化生长因子β1和肾功能影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨灯盏花素对糖尿病大鼠血转化生长因子β1和肾功能的影响。方法:选健康雄性昆明种SD大鼠70只,随机分为正常对照组(N)20只、糖尿病组(DM)和糖尿病灯盏花治疗组(EB)各25只,后2组用链脲菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,N组和DM组等量生理盐水腹腔内注射,EB组灯盏花素20mg.kg-1d-1腹腔内注射,3组给药后2w和6w宰杀,收集血标本检测转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血肌酐和血尿素氮水平,6w时收集尿标本检测尿肌酐水平。结果:(1)血TGF-β1、血肌酐和血尿素氮水平为糖尿病组>灯盏花组>正常组,而血肌酐降低以2w组更明显(P<0.01);(2)尿肌酐排泄比较:正常组>灯盏花组>糖尿病组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏花素可能通过对TGF-β1的影响而抑制肾脏增生,增加尿肌酐排泄,降低血尿素氮和血肌酐浓度发挥肾脏保护作用。 Objective:To study the effect of erigeron breviscapus on TGF-β1 and renal function of diabetes rats. Methods: 70 healthy male rats were selected and divided randomly into one normal group (N) with 20 rats, one diabetes group (DM) with 25 rats and one breviscanine treatment group (EB) with 25 rats. The later two groups were made as a diabetes nephropathy model induced by injecting streptozotocin (STZ). N group and DM group were injected into the abdominal cavity with normal saline solution while EB group was injected the abdominal cavity with 20mg.kg-1d-1 erigeron breviscapus. These rats were killed after a 2-week and a 6-week medicine treatment to collect blood to examine serum TGF-β1, creatinine (Cre) and blood urea nitrogen (Bun). Results: A. The level of the serum TGF-β1, Cre and BUN was the diabetes group> the breviscanine treatment group>the normal group and the decrease of Cre was more obvious in the 2-week group (P<0.01); B. The comparison of urea creatinine egestion was the normal group> the breviscanine treatment group> the diabetes group. The statistical difference was (P<0.05). Conclusion: Erigeron breviscapus may inhibit the renal overgrowth, increase the urea creatinine egestion and reduce the concentration of Bun and Cre through the influence of TGF-β1, thus protecting Kidney.
