摘要
目的:优选八角茴香挥发油的提取及β—CD包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以八角茴香油得率为指标优选提取工艺;以包合物收率及挥发油包封率为指标优选包合工艺。结果:优选提取工艺条件为:八角茴香粉碎度为12~40目,加10倍量水,提取3h;包合物最佳制备工艺为:挥发油:β-环糊精为1:5,包合温度为50℃,包合时间为90min。结论:所选提取工艺得率高,包合工艺合理。
Objective:To find a preference technology of the extraction of volatile oil of anisi stellati andβ-cyclodextrin inclusion. Methods:Orthogonal tests were conducted to take the yield rate of anisi stellati oil as an index preference extraction technology and take the yield rate of inclusion compound and the envelopment rate of volatile oil as an index preference inclusion technology. Results: The preference extraction technology was that the grinding degree of anisi stellati was 12-14 mesh powder with 10 times water for 3 hours. The inclusion compound preference technology was that the ratio of the volatile oil andβ-cyclodextrin were 1:5 with the inclusion at 500C for 1.5 hours. Conclusion: The preference technology has a higher yield rate and the inclusion technology is appropriate.
