摘要 用端面摩擦磨损试验机考察了锡青铜镶嵌聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)自润滑轴承材料的摩擦学特性。结果表明:PTFE的嵌入可起到降低和稳定摩擦的作用,可使摩擦系数降至0.13,并使轴承磨损率较锡青铜本身下降2~3个数量级。PTFE的嵌入比例以20%~40%为宜,在PTFE中填加少量石墨形成的复合润滑剂可进一步改善摩擦磨损性能。由X-射线衍射、俄歇电子能谱和X-射线微区分析等的观察和分析发现,PTFE等固体润滑剂在轴承基材及偶件摩擦表面形成的转移膜起到了润滑轴承表面和阻止或减轻45#钢与锡青铜间粘着磨损的作用。 The tribological properties of PTFE-embedded tin bronze bearing material were studied using a pin-on-disk friction and wear tester. The restilts showed: the embedded PTEE reduced and stabilized the coeffecient of friction and the coefficient of friction reduced to 0.13. The rate of wear of bearing was 2~3 orders lower than that of tin bronze. When the ratio of embedded PTEE was 20 % ~ 40 %, the tribological properties of bearing were better. PTEE filled with a bit of graphite as lubricants improved friction and wear properties of bearing further. By means of X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) and Electron Probe Micro-analysis (EPMA), it was found that the transferred film of solid lubricant formed between the friction surface of bearing and its matching material could prevent or reduce adhesive wear between 45 steel and tin bronze.
