摘要 本文报道了EPDM用量对PP/EPDM共混物主要性能的影响,并对PP/EPDM(80/20)共混物使用碳酸钙和滑石粉填充进行研究。EPDM的加入可显著改善PP的低温脆性。填料用量适当,对共混物冲击性能无不良影响,而刚性有所提高。动态力学性能测试结果表明,PP与EPDM为热力学非相容体系。 A study was made of the effect of EPDM content on the main properties of PP/EPDM blend and the blend filld with CaCO3 and talc. The results indicated that the low temperature brittleness of PP could be obviously improved by blending with EPDM CaCO3 and talc had no bad effect on the impact strength of PP/EPDM blend and the rigldity of blend could be increased at suitable content of the fillers. It could be concluded by the dynamic mechanical test that the blend of PP/EPDM was an incompatible system in thermodynamics.
