摘要
当前高校辅导员队伍面临着工作强度大、收入待遇底、身分认同差的"职业尴尬",要消除辅导员的"职业尴尬",克服辅导员的"职业倦怠",需要形成辅导员职业发展的基本平台。文章论述了从课堂教学平台、理论研究平台、专业培训平台、工作支撑平台四个方面整体构建辅导员职业化平台的理论意义和实践探索。
Moral tutors at colleges and universities today are faced with the "occupational embarrassment" characterized by challenge from their work, low salary and poor recognition of their identity. To solve the problem of "job burnout" among these tutors, it is necessary to offer a platform for their professional development. This paper, in terms of the classroom teaching, the theoretical study, the professional training and the work surroundings, explores the theoretical and practical meaning of the professional platform to these tutors.
