超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术的临床应用

Ultrasound-guided Minimally Invasive Stereotactic Breast Excision for Breast Mass

目的探讨B超引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺肿块诊治中的应用价值。方法对118例乳腺肿块进行了高频超声引导下Mammotome(麦默通)乳腺活检系统微创治疗,评价其手术效果。结果所有肿块均完成Mammotome微创旋切切除,无1例失败。所有肿块均获得明确病理诊断,良性病变115例,乳腺癌3例,均行保乳手术。皮肤创口小,7例出现轻度皮下瘀血3、例出现局部小血肿,乳管内乳头状瘤患者,4例可见血性溢液,在随访中逐渐消退。结论B超引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统进行乳腺肿块切除术,创伤小、并发症少、疗效好。

Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound - guided minimally invasive stereotactic breast excision in the diagnosis and treatment of breast mass. Methods The minimally invasive operations for 118 patients were performed by ultrasound - guided mammotome system, and the therapeutic efficacy of rnammotome system was evaluated. Results All the patients were completely excised by the mammotome system. No failed procedure occurred, All the masses were pathologically confirmed as benign lesions in 115 patients and invasive ductal carcinomas in 3 patients （a breast conserving operation was then performed）. Postoperatively, the incision scar was barely visible and no complications happened except formild subcutaneous hemorrhage in 7 patients and local hematoma in 3 patients, Nipple discharge were noted in 4 patients and disappeared during follow up. Conclusion Mammotome system shows many benefits with less trauma, more rapid recovery and with lesser complications.
