应用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗60例高血压脑出血的疗效观察

Curative effect on Hematoma Clearance in Small Skull Hole for Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的评价小骨窗开颅血肿清除术在高血压脑出血中的治疗效果。方法高血压脑出血60例采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗,术后辅以脱水降颅内压、控制血压、营养支持等,必要时早期行气管切开术。结果小骨窗开颅血肿清除术血肿清除满意。结论小骨窗开颅血肿清除术操作相对简单、进颅快、定位准确、脑损伤小。

Objective To assess the curative effect of treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （HCH） with hematoma clearance in small skull hole. Methods 60 cases of such patient were treated with this method. The decreasing cerebral pressure, controlling blood pressure, nutrition support and incision of trachea were performed after operation. Results There was satisfactory effect after this operation. Conclusion This method might be easy, short duration, accuracy and less injury.
