摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术证实为睾丸扭转18例患者的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果18例中,16例诊断为睾丸扭转,CDFI显示睾丸血流减少或消失,其中2例误诊为急性睾丸炎。结论病变侧睾丸血流减少是诊断睾丸扭转的敏感指标;病变侧睾丸血流消失是诊断睾丸扭转的可靠指标。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value CDFI in testis torsion. Methods The clinical materials of 18 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively with CDFI. Results 16 cases obtained diagnosis during operation with CDFI that shown blood flow decreased or disappeared. 2 cases were misdiagnosed as acute testitis. Conclusion The involved side blood flow decrease might be sensitive data of this disease and blood flow disappear might be reliable data.
