两种真空试管采血标本重氮法测总胆红素的比较

Comparison on Detection of Bilirubin with Diazonium Method of Two Varied Vacuo Tube

目的探讨重氮法检测总胆红素时,使用真空肝素锂抗凝试管和真空无抗凝剂试管采血标本所检测结果的比较。方法在相同条件下,用美国Abbott Acroset全自动生化仪对血清与肝素锂血浆标本检测总胆红素,对检测结果进行比较分析。结果重氮法检测血清和肝素锂抗凝血浆的总胆红素结果有显著性差异(P<0.005),血清总胆红素结果(y)与血浆总胆红素结果(x)之间的回归方程为:y=0.9616x+0.0142,r2=0.9986。结论血清和肝素锂血浆标本用重氮法检测总胆红素时,两者的测定值有显著性差异,但有良好的相关性,可用回归方程校正后或通过建立血浆值得出参考区间来报结果。

Objective To discuss the two varied vacuo tubes （heparin anticoagulation and without coagulation） in detection of bilirubin with deazonium method. Methods Under same condition, the Abbott Acroset analyzer was used to detect the bilirubin with varied tubes. Results There was significant difference between the results with two methods in serum and plasma （ P 〈 0.005）. The bulirubin y in serum and plasma x was y = 0.9616 x ＋ 0.0142, r^2 = 0.9986. Conclusion There might good relationship between two methods with significant difference. The report should be cor- rected or established plasma value.
