应用腔内探头超声诊断前置胎盘的价值

Diagnostic Value of Placenta Previa with Intralumen Probe Ultrasound

目的探讨腔内探头对前置胎盘的诊断价值。方法对75例可疑前置胎盘者分别用传统腹部扫查和应用腔内探头扫查定位诊断,并与产时临床诊断比较。结果传统经腹超声扫查诊断符合率67%,腔内探头扫查诊断符合率96%。结论腔内探头超声诊断前置胎盘,图像清晰、准确,产时临床诊断符合率高,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of placenta previa with intralumen probe ultrasound. Methods 75 cases who were suspicious be suffered from placenta previa were detected with classical ultrasound and intralumen ultrasound. The results were compared with delivery cases. Results The diagnostic rate was 67 % in classical method and 96% in intralumen method. Conclusion This method might have clear and accuracy image to diagnose the placenta previa that should in used in clinic.
