以煤为原料制备高比表面积活性炭的途径分析 被引量:15

摘要 从影响活性炭比表面积的因素出发,分析了以煤为原料制备高比表面积活性炭的过程,指出了对原料进行深度脱发处理、添加催化剂和氧化剂控制炭化过程并进行催化活化是提高煤质活性炭比表面积的有效途径。 The main raw materials of making the activated carbon with high specific surface area are pitch and pitch coke. The high specific surface area activated carbon is generally prepared by chemlcal activation method through adding several times of KOH to the raw material. This paper analyses the affecting factors on the properties of activated carbon and points out that the way to prepare high specific surface area activated carbon from coals is to deeply demineralize the raw coal, to add catalysts and oxidants for controlling carbonization and to activate with catalysts.
