摘要
针对酚氧化降解过程中生成的微量降解中间产物——对苯醌,能与2,4-二硝基苯肼形成黄绿色化合物的特点,提出了分光光度分析法,并对其测试条件及影响因素进行了探讨,同时考察了该法在测定条件下的准确度(平均回收率为98.32%)和精密度(相对标准偏差为0.48%)。
Spectrophotometry was used to analyze benzoquinone which could react with 2, 4-Dinitrophenyhydrazine to form a yellow-green complex in the treatment process of waste water containing phenol by oxidation degradation method. The factors,such as development time,solution pH value and the amount of the indicator,which effected the analysis results were investigated. Errors in the spectrophotometer measurement were also disscused.
