民族医学院大学生生存质量状况及影响因素分析

Status of quality of life and its influencing factors among undergraduates in medical college for nationalities

目的了解民族医学院大学生生存质量状况及影响因素,为制定相应的干预对策提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织《生存质量测定表简表(WHO-QOL-BRIEF)》进行随机抽样调查,抽取某医学院二年级和三年级本科生360人,用有关统计软件进行分析,并与广州市1229名大学生作比较。结果民族医学院大学生在生理领域、心理领域和社会领域得分相对低于广州市大学生,心理领域得分差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),其余差异均无显著性。经济状况、休息时间、专业满意度、就业前景、家庭摩擦和食欲与生存质量的维度多数呈显著相关;多元回归分析结果表明,就业前景、经济状况、专业满意度和家庭摩擦等因素对民族医学生生存质量有较大影响。结论民族医学院大学生生存质量中等。就业前景、经济状况、每周休息时间、专业的满意度和家庭摩擦等因素是影响大学生生存质量的主要因素。

Objective To survey the status of quality of life （QOL） and its influencing factors among undergraduates in medical college for nationalities and to provide evidences for intervention countermeasures. Methods The WHO- QOL - BRIEF questionaire survey was conducted among 360 undergraduates randomly sampling from Guangxi medical college for nationalities, and compared to 1229 undergraduates from Guangzhou city. The data were analyzed by statistical software. Results Undergraduates in Guangxi medical college for nationalities had lower scores in physical domain, social domain and psychological domain than Guangzhou undergraduates, there were statistical significant differences in psychological domain（ P 〈 0.01）. No significant differences were found in other domains. Most domains of QOL were significantly correlated with future about employment, economic condition, relax time Weekly, satisfaction for specialty, family dispute and appetite. The results from the multiple stepwise regression showed that the economic condition, future about employment, satisfaction for specialty and family dispute were main influencing factors. Conclusion The status of QOL of undergraduate students in medical college for nationalities was in middle level. The economic condition, future abut emplovment, relax time Weekly, satisfaction for specialty and family dispute were mainly influencing factors.
