微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗肾复发性铸型结石(附13例报告)

Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of recurrent renal branched calculi:a report of 13 cases

目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾复发性铸型结石的临床效果。方法对13例(15侧)肾复发性铸型结石患者进行MPCNL。在B超或X线引导下穿刺后中组肾盏建立经皮肾盂通道,行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术。结果15侧手术均获得成功,一期单通道MPCNL取净结石5侧,二期取净结石9侧,其中2侧为两通道,三期取净结石1侧。随访3～20个月术后无复发。结论MPCNL是治疗肾复发性铸型结石的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） in treatment of recurrent renal branched calculi. Methods 13 patients （15 sides） with recurrent renal branched calculi underwent MPCNL. Guided by ultrasound or X- ray, MPCNL was performed through a middle calyx puncture approach. Results The operation was successful in all 15 sides with stone - free. 5 sides of them underwent with one - stage and single channel MPCNL, 9 sides with two - stage and 2 of which with dual - channel. 1 side was with three - stage and single channel. No recurrence was found in a 3-20 month follow- up. Conclusion MPCNL is an effective way to treat recurrent renal branched calculi.
