摘要
本文从历史角度梳理新中国成立以来我国中小学教师职后教育内容的侧重点和发展脉络,并在此基础上分析影响我国中小学教师职后教育的主要因素。本文以期增进对当下中小学教师专业发展问题的认识,为构建适合我国文化特色的中小学教师终身教育体系提供历史参考。
This paper describes the in - service education for teachers in Chinese primary and secondary schools ( 1949 - 2000). Based this description, this article tries to manifest these key influential factors. Such knowledge and understanding can enrich the theory of teacher's education, help to deepen our understanding about problems in teacher professional development; moreover, it can provide valuable advice from an historical perspective about how to develop our country's teacher education system.
