摘要
拉拔是棒、线材成形常用的塑性加工方法,介绍了异形筋条的拉拔整形工艺,阐述了拉拔模具的内孔设计准则与模具结构设计要求。根据拉拔模的内孔结构,在三维CAD软件环境下,设计出了合理的电极模型。实验结果表明电火花成形加工的硬质合金拉拔模具能满足拉拔生产要求,拉拔后的筋条在外形和性能上都有较大的改进。
Drawing is a popular plastic machining, and in this paper, drawing process for finishing anomalistic stick was recommended, at the same time, the design rule of the hole of drawing die and the requirement of die structure were presented. According to the hole structure of the drawing die, the electrode was designed by using the 3-D CAD software. Cemented carbide drawing die machined by EDM can fulfill drawing requirement, and the shape and property of the drawn sticks were improved greatly.
