介绍了气体辅助注射成形的技术优势和不同分类,给出了气体辅助注射成形中气辅设备的配置方案、注入气体的压力控制曲线,并阐述了气辅塑件表面欠缺的产生原因及预防措施。
This paper presents the advantages of gas-assisted injection molding and its classifications, the configurations of gas-assisted injection molding and the pressure curve of injected gas are given, The reasons cause the surface defects of gas-assisted injected parts and preventive measures are analyzed and explained also.
