摘要
在电火花线切割机中常采用的并行或串行RS-232/485通信是一种相对简单的通讯协议,有一定的局限性。提出采用CAN总线技术实现机床上位机与下位机之间的数据通信,可满足加工过程中数据传输的实时性与可靠性要求。
At present the WEDM communication protocol, The parallel is vastly applied in the precise machining. As a relatively simple or serial RS-232/485 which are vastly applied in WEDM have many limitations. A method is proposed by using CAN bus technology to accomplish the data communication between the upper computer and lower computer, meet the requirements of the data transmission reliability and real-time in machining process.
