三峡库区(重庆段)自然灾害危险性综合评价

Research into the Natural Disaster Risk in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing

三峡库区作为长江上游人口集聚、经济社会发展、生态保护的重要区域,又是自然灾害多发区,灾害带来的损失是巨大的,亟待开展库区自然灾害危险性研究。文章根据自然灾害系统理论从自然致灾因子和自然成灾因子两个方面分别选取评价指标,在GIS平台下,以三峡库区自然灾害的强度、发生频率等要素为基础,建立了三峡库区自然灾害的空间数据库和属性数据库,并采用"自下而上"的评价方法和GIS空间分析功能,在考虑各类灾害空间单元属性信息的同时,又考虑空间单元的相互关系,使二者有机结合起来,得出以区县为单位的三峡库区(重庆段)自然灾害危险性空间分布图。以此,为三峡库区(重庆段)的防灾减灾工作提供科学依据,促进三峡库区生态环境建设,实现库区社会、经济、生态环境的可持续发展。

Natural disaster is the hotspot question in international society and academe.Natural disaster prevention is very important due to the constant increase in intensity,frequency and extent of natural disasters.Three Gorges Reservoir area is an important area and strategic focus of people convergence,national economy and society development.Since loss of the cities from natural disasters is very fatal,we have to research the main questions of the natural disaster risk in Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqin, by selecting regionalization indices from natural causing disaster factors and natural formatting disaster factors. It analyzes the basic units of natural disaster regionalization of Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing , builds the space database and manufactures the maps of the natural disaster risk in Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing by GIS. So we can master the regional differences of distribution, combination, harm and prevention of each kind of disasters well, and direct the work of prevention and reduce risks to each region.
