摘要
微格教学是以现代教育理论为基础,利用先进的多媒体信息技术,依据反馈原理、教学评价等理论,分阶段系统培训课堂教学技能的一种科学的教学技能训练方法。笔者结合近几年的研究和实践,对微格教学的发展、涵义及特征进行了阐述;并结合数学教学论中的微格教学案例,探讨了微格教学在数学教学论中的实施策略。在数学教学论课程中,微格教学的实施过程主要遵循理论学习、制定计划、确定内容目标、编写教案、观摩示范、角色扮演、反馈评价等训练环节。
Mieroteaching is an important means to train the teaching skills of students in normal university. As an intramural research subject, it has been studied and practiced carefully in recent years. Based on the studies, this paper expounds the development, mean- ing and characters of microteaching, discusses the policy of microteaching in application of mathematics teaching theory. Microteaehing is a scientific training means of the teaching skills, based on the modem education theory, the advanced multimedia information technique, feedback principle and teaching evaluation etc. Microteaching possesses the characters of micromation, needs less time in training processes,but better visualizability. In application of mathematics teaching theory, the processing of microteaching includs to theory learning, establishment of project, ascertainment of content and object, writing of teaching plan, viewing and demonstration, role playing and evaluation of feedback and so on. How to design the teaching plan and teaching process of microteaching is very important and hard work. The work is almost through the whole process of microteaching training. We need the students to understand and handle the process by teaching design principle.
